Unused balance

Unused prepaid balance can be refunded. Open a ticket on Telegram or email. We reply within three business days.

Not refundable

• Quota already consumed
• Payment processor fees on the original charge, when the processor does not return them
• Trial credits issued for free

Payment not delivered

If you paid and the redeem code did not appear, send the PayPal transaction id or the USDT txid. We credit the account or refund the payment.

Chargebacks

File a ticket with us first. Chargebacks opened without contact may result in account suspension while we collect usage logs as evidence of delivery.
